What to write to us about

A song wasn't found, or the result looks wrong

  • Send the TikTok link (not the video file) and what you expected.
  • If a credit was taken for a lookup that found nothing, tell us and we'll put it back. See the Refund Policy.

Orders, credits and refunds

  • Send the email on your account, the date and amount of the purchase, and the order number from your receipt.
  • Charged but no credits, or charged twice? We fix it or refund you.
  • For unused packs we offer a 7-day full refund. Details are in the Refund Policy.

Can't sign in or lost your credits

  • Credits live on your account. Sign in with the same Google account or email you used to buy.
  • On the sign-in page you can ask for a new sign-in link. If that doesn't work, write to us from the email on the account.

Privacy, data access or account deletion

  • Ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, from the email on your account. See the Privacy Policy.
  • We aim to complete these requests within 30 days.

Copyright and takedown requests

  • Send a notice following the steps on the DMCA page.

  • Tell us what you did, what you saw and what device and browser you use. Screenshots help.

Is my credit used if no song is found? No. A credit is spent only when we return a match.

Do credits expire? No, not while your account is active.

Can you identify private or deleted videos? No. The video must be public and still online.
